Our Story
Owner and executive chef Clyde Bullen grew up in the kitchen, with a Southern influence from his Louisiana-born mother and an island-inspired influence from his Trinidadian father, who owned a restaurant when Clyde was young. After taking cooking lessons as a teenager in New Jersey, Clyde went on to become an award- winning graphic designer and own an advertising agency in Manhattan before completing an Accelerated French Culinary Arts Training program and using his artistic talent to create a career out of his long-time passion for cooking and baking cupcakes.
Our brand-new handcrafted commercial kitchen in Exeter, New Hampshire is the perfect setting for Do You Know The Catering Man’s special balance of tasteful simplicity with creative and elegant cuisine. Starting with the fundamentals of traditional French cooking, our classically trained chef creates unique dishes inspired by exceptional ingredients.
