At Do You Know The Catering Man, we are celebrating a new era of international and creative menu options based on contemporary food trends. Though our roots are in traditional French cuisine, we are always trying to improve upon your American and international favorites.
We are just as likely to be working on creating a better New England crab cake as we are to be experimenting with soups, from minestrone to pumpkin squash soup to chili! We love discovering different uses for spices and rubs on the grill to use on fresh trout and salmon, and creating new twists on traditional favorite dishes, from creamy chicken cordon bleu or juicy coq au vin to decadent pan roasted filet mignon au poivre and crunchy fried chicken.
